It would be nice to think that a
3 day miracle diet could help us lose weight. After all, who
wouldn't want to lose 10 pounds in 3 days. Unfortunately, your
body doesn't work like that. Let's say you gain 20 pounds over
the last year. Well, you're not about to lose 20 pounds on a 3
day diet. When it comes to a good diet, there is NO miracle.
You have to agree that gaining
weight is much easier than losing weight. If it took a year to
gain 20 pounds, those pounds aren't going to vanish on a 3 day
diet.
A more sensible approach to weight loss is to lose a small amount of weight each week. Your goal should be to lose 1 to 2 pounds each week by use of a good diet plan.
By eating 25% less calories than
your normal intake, your body is forced to burn fat
reserves, therefore causing you to lose weight and body fat.
However, this does not happen by starving your body.
Fad diets such as the 3 day miracle diet only causes starvation. You will not lose any significant weight and you will become very discourage. Instead try a diet plan that's low in calories and fat.
Most people fail on diets
because they attempt diet plans that are not
reasonable. Sensible menu planning is vital to your weight
loss success. Make your own 3 day diet by writing down the
foods you normally eat along with the calorie value next to
each food item. Most women should keep the calorie
limitation between 1200 and 1500 calories per day and men
should stay between 1500 to 2000 calories.
Don't expect to lose a lot of
weight in 3 days but you can repeat any day of your 3 day plan
using foods that you like to eat. If you need help designing a
good diet plan let us help. We can develop a sensible diet
plan for you that's much better than any fad diet like the 3 day miracle
plan. To get started, click
