It would be nice to think that a 3 day miracle diet could help us lose weight. After all, who wouldn't want to lose 10 pounds in 3 days. Make your own 3 day diet by writing down the foods you normally eat along with the calorie value next to each food item.  Most women should keep the calorie limitation between 1200 and 1500 calories per day and men should stay between 1500 to 2000 calories.
