The fastest way to lose weight is to not fall for the quick fix weight loss scams but instead create a simple diet plan.  Most people can create their own diet plan to lose fat but unfortunately, most people HAVE NO PLAN. Any accomplishment in life takes effort and requires a real plan and sacrifice or to get there.

Write down foods you like to eat and eliminate high fat, high calories foods. You can still eat these foods but the best way to lose weight is to eat 500 to 600 FEWER calories than you normally eat each day to achieve weight loss.

Plan to eat 3 to 5 times a day. Getting past the first few days of your new diet plan is always the hardest.  Habits are difficult to change, especially eating habits. Don’t get discourage if you don’t stick to your plan some days. Make every effort to get back on your plan and don’t let the difficulty of changing eating habits discourage you from losing weight.

Once you establish new eating habits (which takes about a week or two), weight loss comes easy and sticking to your plan will be much easier.
