Eating to Lose Weight

 

 

 

Many people wonder why they can't lose weight despite eating healthy. Unfortunately, eating healthy is not enough to lose weight. To lose weight, you must take in less calories than you burn. This can be achieved by eating 25% less calories through the day than your normal intake.
