Three Day Diet - The Real Truth


 

There are lots of diets that claim fast weight loss but the truth is .......  weight loss comes little by little as you burn more calories than you take in. This brings us to the Three Day Diet Plan. 
 
Many of our subscribers have asked about the Three Day Diet Plan and whether you can actually lose weight on this plan. Unfortunately, the Three Day Diet is just another fad diet plan. Keep in mind that you didn't gain 10 pounds overnight and you certainly won't lose 10 pounds in 3 days.
 
Losing weight is much harder than gaining weight. You have to consume less calories to lose weight and it's far easier to eat too many calories than too little. It takes about 3,500 calories to burn 1 pound of fat and 35,000 calories in burn 10 pounds of fat.
 
Do you really think that you can burn 35,000 extra calories in three days to lose 10 pounds? PROBABLY NOT. If you DID NOT EAT ANY FOOD for 3 days (not that you should try this), the average women would only burn 6,000 calories and the average man would burn 7,500 calories in a three day period.
 
So why do people claim to lose weight in three days on this plan? The Three Day Diet is nothing more than a starvation diet. People tend to lose water weight during the first few days of any radical diet. So any weight loss in three days is simply water NOT FAT.
 
The idea behind losing wieght should be to lose fat and increase muscle through regular exercise so you look more attractive. Weight loss comes with patience. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat 25% less calories than normal. This will cause you to lose anywhere from 1/2  to 2 pounds each week, depending on your metabolism.
 
The good news is ...... it's not that difficult to eat 25% less calories if you have a good diet plan. Planning your meals is important when trying to lose weight. If you eat sporadically, you're going to have a difficult time losing weight.
 
Sit down and plan your meals for the next three days. Write down every food you plan to eat, so you see it on paper. You can either reduce portion size or cut out certain foods to eat 25% fewer calories. If you need help designing a good diet plan to make this happen, let us help.
